These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.osas2hair.com, your purchase of products from Osas2Hair and your booking or use of our services. By accessing our website, placing an order, making a booking or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an
order.

1.WEBSITE USE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
a.Use the website for fraudulent purposes;
b.Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website;
c.Interfere with website functionality;
d.Upload malicious software;
e.Copy or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without permission;
f.Misuse another person's personal information;
g.Place fraudulent or unauthorized orders.

 

2.PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and other the information displayed on the website are accurate.

b.Hair texture and appearance may vary naturally;
c.Product photographs may not perfectly represent every individual unit;
d.Availability may change without notice;
e.Minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Our website currently features premium hair products and units, including products advertised as human hair.
 

3.PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily guarantee that the item will remain available until payment has been completed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution.

5.PRICES
Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. Where a product is displayed with a regular price and a sale price, the applicable sale price will be reflected at checkout where the promotion remains active. Current website listings show both regular and discounted prices for selected products.

6.ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected product. An order is considered accepted when Osas2Hair confirms the order and payment has been successfully verified, subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:
a. The product is unavailable;
b. There is an obvious pricing or listing error;
c. Payment cannot be verified;
d. We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;
e. There are circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Customers are required to complete payment using the payment methods made available at checkout or communicated by Osas2Hair. Orders will generally not be processed until payment has been successfully confirmed. Customers should not make payments to unofficial accounts or individuals claiming to represent Osas2Hair.

8. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom-made wigs and specially commissioned products are prepared according to the customer's
specifications.

Before confirming a custom order, customers should carefully verify:

• Hair texture; length; density; color; cap construction; size; styling requirements; and other specifications.

Custom products are made specifically for the customer. Consequently, cancellation, alteration, and refund rights may differ from those applicable to standard, unused products.

9. HAIR SERVICES
Osas2Hair provides professional hair services, including installation, restoration, treatment, color transformation, and custom wig design.

Service prices displayed on the website are generally stated as “from” prices. The final price may depend on the condition of the hair, the complexity of the requested service, the materials required, and the customer's specifications. An assessment may therefore be required before the final service price is confirmed.

10. CUSTOMER SUPPLIED HAIR
Where a customer provides a wig, frontal, bundle, or other hairpiece for restoration or alteration, Osas2Hair will assess its condition before commencing work.
 

We may decline a service where the condition of the item creates a significant risk that the requested work cannot reasonably be completed.
 

Customers acknowledge that restoration work may reveal pre-existing damage, weakness, shedding, deterioration, previous chemical treatment, or construction defects that were not immediately visible.
 

11. SERVICE TURNAROUND
Custom-made wigs and specially commissioned products are prepared according to the customer's specifications.

Before confirming a custom order, customers should carefully verify:

• Hair texture, length, density, color, cap construction, size, styling requirements, and other specifications.

Custom products are made specifically for the customer. Consequently, cancellation, alteration, and refund rights may differ from those applicable to standard, unused products.

12. APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be booked through the channels provided by Osas2Hair. The website states that appointment requests are confirmed within 24 hours and that studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Customers are encouraged to arrive on time. Repeated lateness, failure to attend or failure to provide required information may result in the appointment being rescheduled or treated as cancelled.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including but not limited to:

• Logos;

• Brand names;

• Photographs;

• Graphics;

• Videos;

• Written content;

• Product descriptions;

• Designs;

• Marketing materials;
   

Belong to Osas2Hair or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce,
distribute, modify, or commercially exploit such material without prior written permission.

 

14. WEBSITE ACCURACY

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Osas2Hair will not be responsible for losses arising from:

• Improper use or maintenance of hair products;

• Damage caused by third-party handling;

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions;

• Unauthorized alterations to products;

• Delays caused by third-party delivery providers;

• Events outside our reasonable control.
   

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, strikes, transportation disruptions, power or telecommunications failures, civil disturbances, or other unforeseen events.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

18. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may pursue the remedies available under applicable Nigerian law.
